• include `free' web page design and/or search engine submission with your $100/mo. hosting contract (Note)
• give `unlimited' bandwidth as long as your site meets a long, prohibitive list of guidelines (we will do unmetered traffic in the future when we have the resources to do it right)
• sell an `e-commerce solution' instead of a hosting service, or worse, call a hosting service with a secure web server an e-commerce solution (Note)
• have an account with `unlimited disk space' ... see `unlimited bandwidth', but this one is a much bigger laugh
• oversell the bandwidth available to create an inflated claim of high traffic allowances: our upstream networks do that well enough already!
• advertise our (almost always) perfectly adequate T1s as OC-3cs to get the business of people who know what that means but don't know how to check
• subsidize web hosting business with profits from any other type of business, which could lead to instability when markets change

• provide a low-cost answer to small sites that might not otherwise have existed, a realistically priced option for medium and large sites, and a great deal for huge sites
• let you publish your pages the way you want without interference (subject to AUP)
• give you the tools to make your site work, like qmail for 100% flexibility in email handling, a secure web server for the foundation of a web store/mall, and PHP3 for programmed sites
• charge a price equal to the resources included plus overhead, thus ensuring that TrafficBlaster Hosting accounts will be around for years to come
