Each account is billed all at once, with all services being billed at the same time. When a service is added, it will be billed for one full period at first, then pro-rated downward for its second period to bring it in line with the rest of the account.
Any additional features must be billed for the same length period that the main account is billed on. You can not, for example, pay for a domain monthly and get the yearly discount on additional logins.
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Novus cards. The only rates applicable to people paying by credit card are monthly rates. (We wish this wasn't so but our bank only allows monthly periodic billing.) You will sign an auto-billing agreement which authorizes us to charge your card each month. This agreement is included with your service contract, or is availible by writing to billing@trafficblaster.com.
You may switch from credit card auto-billing to invoicing at any time: mail billing@trafficblaster.com.
Checks should be made payable to `TrafficBlaster Online Services'. Checks must be written in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
Checks in foreign currencies drawn on an appropriate national bank are accepted but with prohibitive processing fees involved, typically $40-$60 per check. (In other words, a wire transfer would cost less.) If you actually want to pay this way, note that the U.S. dollar amount that is credited to your account will not be known for many months and will be minus the collection fee charged by our bank. A $12.50 surcharge will also be invoiced by TrafficBlaster Online Services for the burden of keeping track of all of this over the months it takes to collect a foreign check.
Money orders should follow all the same rules as checks. In particular we know that U.S. and Canadian Postal Money Orders are processed without difficulty. Presumably most International Money Orders will work if you tell your banker or postal clerk that it is for a U.S. company.
People in most countries can ask their banker to write a draft in U.S. dollars, payable by a U.S. bank, which is then airmailed and treated the same as any other check once it gets here. We have also seen many people able to have their bank wire money to a U.S. bank which then prints and mails drafts as requested. This typically has a very reasonable fee because the wire is done for many people's drafts at once, and is normally very fast as well.
Wire transfers incur a $12.50 surcharge per transfer. This is not a choice we have: this is exactly the bank's charge to us for an incoming wire transfer. This is also subject to change at any time for the same reason. Customers who will be doing wire transfers should ask billing@trafficblaster.com for our bank information.
